Joining the HRCA
H.R.C.A. Ltd and the General Data Protection Regulation Policy
From 1st May 2018 the HRCA became a limited company. H.R.C.A. Ltd is a company limited by guarantee. By joining, you accept that your liability is limited to just £1 (one Pound Sterling), should the company ever become insolvent and be wound-up. This liability ceases upon resignation, failure to renew, or death. By joining H.R.C.A. Ltd you are also agreeing to our General Data Protection Regulation Policy, available in full here H.R.C.A.
